The toolbar offers convenient shortcuts to many of the most frequently used features in Meeting Schedule Assistant. Each button opens a specific tool or manager, helping you move quickly between different areas of the application.

Main Toolbar

Toolbar Buttons

The toolbar includes shortcuts to the following features, organised into five functional groups:

Group 1 — Data Management (6 buttons)

These buttons open the main data managers used throughout the application.

Group 2 — Special Events (1 button)

Provides quick access to the Special Events manager.

Group 3 — Calendar & Settings (2 buttons)

These buttons let you configure calendar synchronisation and adjust general application settings.

Group 4 — Backup & Restore (2 buttons)

These tools let you create and restore complete backups of your Meeting Schedule Assistant data, including settings, databases, templates, and other important files.

Group 5 —Help (1 button)

Opens the help system for guidance and support.
