The File Menu provides commands for creating and editing schedules, installing templates, and managing program data.

Create Meeting Schedule

Creates a new Meeting Workbook schedule (MWB) and opens it in the Meeting Editor with the selected date range.

Edit Meeting Schedule

Opens an existing Meeting Workbook schedule (MWB) in the Meeting Editor for reviewing or editing.

Create Assignments Schedule

Creates a new Sound Rota Report (SRR) and opens it in the Assignments Editor with the selected date range.

Edit Assignments Schedule

Opens an existing Sound Rota Report (SRR) in the Assignments Editor for reviewing or editing.

Backup

Creates a backup archive containing program data and settings.

Restore

Restores program data from a previously created backup archive.

Install S-89 Assignment Slip Templates

Installs the S-89 assignment slip templates used by the Meeting Editor.

Exit

Closes Meeting Schedule Assistant.
