Support, second to none!
Using my 4k laptop for the first time with Meeting Schedule Assistant. The PDF print missed off the righthand side of the page. I got our congregation wiz kid on it and over an hour later were no further forward.
Got in touch with Andrew and he promptly sorted it. It was to do with screen resolution. The work around is to reduce the screen resolution when printing to PDF.

Hi Andrew! I am glad we found a way forward. 😊 I have not been able to determine why the various PDF printer drivers seem to fail when the computer is configured to use 4k resolutions.
First question I ever had
I had an unexpected problem with posting an away talk and could not figure out what happened. I contacted help and Andrew assisted quickly and gave me some suggestions. Not sure what I was doing but I messed around a bit and restarted my computer and it now works. A little bit different than before but it works. Andrew was quick and persistent with a very non tech person. Thanks Andrew, I really appreciate the help.
