I am pleased to announce that there is a new version of Meeting Schedule Assistant now available.
What’s New
A number of improvements have been made.
Reports Viewer
Several improvements have been made to the Report Viewer. The Congregations / Publishers / Public Talks viewers have now been combined into one! Changing to a different view is now as simple and clicking one of the other tabs:
Access to the Report Viewer is now also possible from the following windows:
- Congregation
- Speaker
- Field Service Group Manager
- Public Talk
Meeting Editor
HTML Sources
HTML sources are now displayed in the Script Editor. In this way, users are provided with more usage opportunities.
Exchange Notes
An Exchange Notes field has been added to all public talk assignment on the Weekend Meeting Editor. You will be pleased to know that these notes are also included in the history database. So you can include them on any custom reports.
Click Exchange Notes to display a popup window for you to type in a note about this talk exchange.
Some examples:
- Email reminder sent (20/03/2024)
- Confirmed with [Talk Coordinator] (10/07/23)
- Request sent (26/04/24)
Exchange notes are also included on the summary panel.
Bugs Fixed
Fixed an issue with the Sesotho (South Africa) public talks database.- Fixed minor bugs with the CSV Importer.

You can still download the last supported version of Meeting Schedule Assistant (which was 23.1.0) from here. But this version is no longer maintained. You are encouraged to use version 23.1.1 or higher.
