I am pleased to announce that there is a new version of Meeting Schedule Assistant now available.
This version is recommended for all users because it contains several bug fixes and some new features.

What’s New
Some improvements have been made to the Weekend Meeting Editor.
Confirmed Status
Public Talk assignments now have a Confirmed status property which you can toggle:
Existing schedule files (MWB) default to confirmed, but you can specify the default for new schedules on the Database Options window:
The Confirmed status of each public talk is now included in the underlying XML data file in the Meeting Editor. This allows for customized styling and content in your schedules and reports for unconfirmed talks.
I would like to thank those of you who got involved with the poll on my WhatsApp channel. This helped me determine how useful this feature would be.
Symposium
Home Talk assignments can now be set up as a Symposium. Built-in templates have been updated.
- Check the box to activate the Symposium feature.
- Click the Symposium button to open a small popup window where you can select the second speaker.
Bugs Fixed
A number of bugs have been identified and resolved:
The View menu was permanently disabled in the Assignments Editor.-
Resolved some issues with importing generic CSV data files. - Installing S-89 11/23 templates was not working correctly. (GitHub discussion)

You can still download the last supported version of Meeting Schedule Assistant (which was 23.1.0) from here. But this version is no longer maintained. You are encouraged to use version 23.1.1 or higher.
