I am pleased to announce that there is a new version of Meeting Schedule Assistant now available.
What’s New
Some new features have been added to the Meeting Editor and Weekend Meeting Editor windows.
Notes and Images
It was already possible to include Notes and Images on the Weekend Meeting Editor window for the Public Talk. This feature has been improved and now supports the Service Talk #2 during the visit of the Circuit Overseer. There are now two new buttons on the Weekend Meeting Editor window:
- Public Talk Notes and Images
- Service Talk Notes and Images
This Notes and Images feature has also been added to the Meeting Editor. So, it is now possible to include notes and images for the Service Talk #1 during the visit of the Circuit Overseer.
Click these buttons to display a new pop-up Notes and Images window:
The default Weekend Meeting Worksheet template and Worksheet templates have been updated to include these extra notes and images.
Concluding Prayer
A new Speaker button has been added to the left of the Concluding Prayer assignment on the Weekend Meeting Editor window. Click this button to automatically copy over the public talk speaker to the Concluding Prayer assignment.

Setup the software to update automatically or upgrade by using the Check for Update feature from the Help menu.
The Hungarian / Russian translations still need to be completed. I’ll add a comment here once they have been updated.
