I am pleased to announce that there is a new version of Meeting Schedule Assistant now available.
What’s New
The Meeting Editor now has a new Import from Database History feature. To quote the linked help topic:
This feature allows you to automatically fill-in selected assignments on your schedule from the chosen History Database.
The Import tool may come in handy for a variety of reasons.
This is what the new feature looks like:
As you can see, you now have the ability to import assignments from the history databases for both editors. Under normal circumstances you will need to download the monthly data again for the chosen week to get the meeting setup correctly. Then you can simply import the available assignment information. Importing history information from the Assignments Editor shows a slightly different window.
Please read the Import from Database History help topic to find out more.
