Weekend Meetings — Lookup History
The Assignment History feature on the Weekend Meeting window has been improved.
It now has a new Lookup column and we hope that this feature will assist those of you who prepare your Weekend Meeting schedules using Meeting Schedule Assistant.
You can immediately tell if someone has already been assigned for the same task in the future:
When the Lookup text is in bold it indicates that they do have future assignments. You can also see a + symbol next to the icon.
When the Lookup text is not bold it indicates that they do have past assignments.
This popup window is displayed when you click on the cell:
All future dates are displayed using bold text.
This list may include:
- Past assignments in the history database.
- Past assignments on the active schedule.
- Future assignments on the active schedule.
- Future assignments in the history database.
