Meeting Schedule Assistant 20.3.2 is now available

I am pleased to announce that there is a new version of Meeting Schedule Assistant now available.

What’s New

There has been a couple of improvements made in this latest version of the software.

Updated Toolbar

A new icon has been added to the application toolbar to display the Special Events manager.

Using Host / Co-host with the Assignments Editor

The Host / Co-host assignments were first introduced back in April 2020 when version 20.1.4 was released. Refinements have continued to be made since then. For example, in version 20.3.1 we added the ability to customize the labels used for the descriptions.

There was one drawback though. Up until now you could only use these assignments within the Midweek Editor. You had to create own own custom assignments if you wanted to include the Host / Co-host within the Assignments Editor. This made it more difficult to manage your Publishers Database because you had to manage two sets of assignment lists (one for each editor).

You will be pleased to know that official support has now been added for Host and Co-host in the Assignments Editor. So you no longer need additional custom assignments and you can remove them.
