I am pleased to announce that there is a new version of Meeting Schedule Assistant now available.

What’s New

There are a couple of improvements in this edition of the software.

Download Schedule Information

The Download Schedule Information feature has been improved. You will now be presented with this new pop-up window where you can control how it will work.

Date Range

Date Range

It is now possible to change the Date Range on the Midweek Schedule. This feature can be found on the Edit menu.

At the moment what you can do is adjust the End Date. You can either reduce the number of weeks or extend the number of weeks as required.

This is useful for when you have created a schedule and already started to make your assignments, only to find that you need to add a week or two etc.

This is why we decided to add the extra options to the Download Schedule Information tool. For example, imagine that you forgot to include first week of the next month on your schedule. Now you can easily fix this issue as follows:

  1. Use the Date Range feature and extend the range by one week.
  2. Select the new week in the Editor.
  3. Use the Download Schedule Information tool and set the mode to Download data for selected week.

We hope you find these improvements to the Midweek Editor useful. Feel free to add any comments down below.
